It was not too cold, but cloudy. There were boats everywhere! We were close to the starting line when the cannon fired to start the rally. It was too windy to fly the spinnaker at the start, but I’m sure everyone did sail for the start. We sailed for about 5 and a half hours and then put up the spinnaker for a while, then started the engine. The goal was to sail all the way, but we just want to get there! The seas were rough and the wind died down. I was a little sea sick that first night, but felt better the next day. Steve did the cooking and dishes, thanks Steve.
